Rudolf Burschik developed the recipe for Vermouth 1900. The neighboring Specht family of innkeepers bought the recipe in 1916 and still produces it today. Leonard Specht took over the family business in 1987, and in 2012, he launched Vermouth Klassik. The basis for the production is a wine, which is refined with herbs. Tasting notes:Colour: Strong red. Nose: Intense, spicy, herbal. Taste: Pleasant, slightly bitter, sweetish, herbs. Finish: Long lasting. Enjoy the Vermouth pure, on ice or in a classic cocktail.
