Antonio Benedetto Carpano created the world's first bitter aperitif in 1786 by infusing premium Italian wines with an extract of over 50 savoury herbs and spices - Antica Formula. Carpano Classico Rosso Vermouth is made according to a recipe by Antonio Bendetto Carpano. It is very similar to Antica Formula, but its flavour is less intense.Tasting notes:Colour: Reddish brown.
