This vermouth is made from hand-picked Riesling grapes from the Zilliken winery. These grapes are grown in the slate steep slopes of the great Saarburger Rausch site. The vermouth is refined with botanicals such as elderberry, rhubarb or vineyard peaches. Tasting notes:Color: Pink. Nose: Fruity, fresh, notes of ripe berries, flowers. Taste: Spicy, notes of bitter orange, rhubarb, peaches. Finish: Long lasting.
