Under the historic label of Ferrari, there is a Trentodoc made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes in their incomparable union with the Trentino mountains. The grapes used are harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. Tasting notes:Bright straw yellow in the glass with a fine and consistent perlage. Fresh and intense bouquet, with an exuberant fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples, white flowers and a delicate yeasty scent that comes from over two years of bottle ageing. Harmonious and balanced on the palate, against a fine background of ripe fruit and with beautiful impressions of bread crust. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. Serving temperature: 8 °C. Ageing potential: 2 years. A perfect aperitif; also excellent with Parma ham and cheese.
