La Contesse is a winery that has been run by the Bonotto family since 1970. The winery is located at the foot of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hill in the province of Treviso. For the production of the Prosecco mainly the grape variety Glera is used. A grape variety that is ideally suited for the production of sparkling wine. Tasting notes:Light pink in the glass. In the nose very fruity with a breath of roses. At the palate it reminds of forest berries as well as of tropical fruits. Long lasting, refreshing and sweet in the finish. Grape varieties: Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco. Maturation: steel tank. Acidity: 5,4 g/l. Residual sugar: 11 g/l. Drinking temperature: 6-8°C. Enjoy the Prosecco as an aperitif. It also goes very well with fish, salad and meat dishes.
