Time for an aperitif with a modern touch - the Rosato, a composition based on white and red wine. Rosato owes its delicate aromas to a complicated distillation process in our special still, the 'Alambicco'. Cloves from Madagascar and cinnamon bark from Sri Lanka are among the exquisite botanicals we use to flavour pure alcohol. This infusion is then distilled to bring out the finest and most elegant notes.Tasting notes:Soft pink in the glass. Bitter and slightly fruity aroma with notes of cinnamon, orange blossom and bitter orange. Spicy and aromatic on the palate with notes of cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon.
