The Scheiblhofer winery is a family business and cultivates a total of 30 hectares of vineyards. All grapes are processed on the estate and marketed exclusively in bottles. The winery is not only well known for its Prädikat wines, but also for its top red wines "Big John". Johann Scheiblhofer achieved more than 300 gold medals at nationwide awards, thus he achieved the most awards nationwide.
